Crafted from 12 day skin contact Riesling grown at Bendigo Wine Estate, a 25yo vineyard nestled on the banks of the Campaspe River, that sits on rich loamy soils in the Axedale region of Bendigo.
Aromas of mango, sherbet, white flowers, jasmine tea and green peppercorns with flavours of apricots, honey dew, yellow peach, nectarines and sumac.
Named after the Australian electronica masterpiece by Itch-E & Scratch-E, this wine is seriously skinsy and textural with vibrant acidity and a long finish.
