Crafted from fruit from a high altitude upper Yarra Valley vineyard. The grapes were foot-stomped and spent 48 hours on skins prior to fermentation.
Aromatics of toffee apple, red cordial, red pears and raspberries with flavours of crushed red apples, pomegranate, cranberries and white strawberries.
A fruit forward and generous wine with sparkling acidity and an almost Pop Rocks-like mouthfeel.
