Crafted from fruit from a low yielding Yarra Valley vineyard. The grapes spent 24 hours on skins prior to fermentation and the wine was lees stirred weekly for two months.
Aromatics of stone fruits and citrus with flavours of lemons, grapefruit, white peach, green apple, papaya, nougat and nuttiness. A beautifully expressive and balanced example of unoaked Chardonnay with layers of complexity.
